Billing & subscription

Data requests
Export or delete your data via in‑app tools, or email contact@byebadvibes.com specifying export, deletion, or both. We may verify ownership before deletion.
Service status
Planned maintenance or incidents are posted in‑app. If you suspect an outage, check your inbox for updates or contact us directly.

Urgent or unresolved? Reply to the same email thread and mark it as “Urgent” in the subject—we monitor those closer.
