Refund Policy
We want ByeBadVibes to feel safe and supportive. If it isn’t the right fit, here’s how refunds work.
Eligibility
- First-time subscription purchases and lifetime upgrades are covered by a 7-day satisfaction guarantee.
- Renewals and repeat purchases are generally non-refundable, but contact us if something went wrong—chargebacks or duplicate charges are always refunded.
- Accounts suspended for abuse or policy violations are not eligible for refunds beyond statutory rights.
How to request a refund
If your purchase is within 7 days, you can request a refund yourself from the Journal & Insights page: scroll to the Plan card at the bottom and tap Request refund. We’ll downgrade the account immediately.
Prefer email? Contact contact@byebadvibes.com within 7 days of purchase. Include the email used at checkout and your Stripe receipt. We process approved refunds within 3 business days; banks typically return funds in 5–10 days.
Managing your subscription
You can cancel anytime via the in-app “Manage billing” button, which opens the Stripe customer portal. Cancellation stops future charges and keeps paid access active until the end of the current billing cycle.
Billing errors
If you see unexpected charges (duplicates, wrong amount, or the wrong plan), email us immediately with your receipt and we will prioritise the fix.
Legal rights
This policy does not affect mandatory consumer protections in your jurisdiction. If local law provides a longer cooling-off period, we will honour it.
